This is a tool by xorloser that will extract information on an xex file.

It will also allow you to modify XEX files and remove the region protection for example.

The program opens and closes quickly!
.NET versions 8 and 10 are installed.
The .NET Framework is also installed.
Microsoft Visual is also installed until the 2022 version.
Windows 7 is installed.
Is there a solution?

Open xextool from command prompt and provide the arguments for the xex you wish to patch, for example: xextool.exe -r default.xex

This presumes default.xex is in the same folder as xextool
-r removes all restrictions from the xex as described in the image in the first post.
