Rocky5's Xbox Softmodding Tool is the all-in-one package for softmodding an original Xbox. It installs the exploit, a dashboard and the files they need through a menu-driven installer, and it brings save exploits for several games as well as Endgame.

Download Xbox Softmodding Tool 1.3.0
This is version 1.3.0, with the Softmod Package, Documents and Installation Guide folders. Leave the Endgame exploit and the legacy game saves zipped, because the installer expects them that way.
You'll need a game for the exploit, or a way to use the Endgame route. No BIOS or keys come with the package.
