could putting the themes in the wrong folder damage your harddrive?

Mine isn't even laggy. Back to the other discussion, no, this does not go against the ToS to my knowledge. Not really it can be a bit laggy at start...
You can put it in any folder and it will work fine
doesnt mean its supposed to be there
My list of folder id's is correct you can open the files
in a hex editor and check byte 000360 for the folder id
A mistake was made somehow I guess, I have corrected the folder structure to original as possible.
You keep mentioning folder structures, as far as i'm aware all the other downloads are correct? Not every theme I have uploaded was ripped by myself, however I have tested them all.
No. There is no possible way you can get banned. If you modded your console to use premium themes that you have to pay for then you would, but these themes are not console locked for a reason. If they didn't want people to share free themes then Microsoft would console lock them, but they don't. The only exceptions to this rule are the Fallout 3 DLC and the first two DLC from Borderlands. If you could get the files for those ripped from the Disk then you could use them even though they aren't free content. Obviously, Digiex doesn't have that specific content uploaded here for that reason, even though it isn't console locked. So, if it works on your 360 (without modding it), you can use it without repercussions (except for those two instances above).I notice another easy way to know the folder id, just take the first 8 digits of the name of the file and that's the folder id.
can i get banned for doing this?
