I bought Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 of JSP a while ago
They are cartridges that were distributed throughout Japan
so although they are very rare to see and dump, they can be obtained
I have documented their operation but not 100%
unfortunately I live in a country where crime is high and I was a victim of theft of my belongings, among them were the cartridges and my computer where I had most of the information.

JAAJ01
Distributes wonder news depending on the date.

FrmCSj6akAEJ39i.png

has a trainer named RICE to fight via wireless

and with the proper password you can download the wonder news statistics

g_2_2.gif

it contains the Aurora ticket and some prototypes.

This post will probably need an update.
I'm leaving photos of some advertisements and vol. 4, , was sold with the console that was used to distribute it, however, as far as I know, the content of vol. 4 has nothing to do with Pokemon. If you search a little, you can find that these cartridges or events were part of more games.

Damn, this seems so cool. Thanks for sharing!!
Probably more people could dwelve into the code to find more hidden features :D
Volume 2 does not have anything Pokemon related or you don't have it in your possession?

I forgot to mention that you need a special patch to be able to use it on flash cards or more realistic emulators.
you can use it without problem with vba 1.7.3,1.8

in a few days I will upload the version with patch for flash cards and recent emulators

Hello, I am very interested in JSP cartridge.
But except the photo of the JSP vol 4 cartridge
I did not find a photo for volumes 1, 2 and 3
and I would be curious to see the PCB of one of these cartridges.
Because in gbata the ROM (JAAJ01.gba) has a backup type FLASH512_V131 (512Kbit).
But in an emulator, the ROM does not load if the 1M flash (128ko) is not available (just like Pokémon games).

And more surprising, even flashed on an official development cartridge (E201850) with 512k flash (E201959)
the result remains the same on real hardware.

See the pcb would know if they use on the original hardware 1mflash as I suppose or if they use a flash chip of 512k (probably a specific one).

I hope this information helps you.

Thank you
According to this website, the 4 Joy Spot cartridges use an E05 board with RTC
therefore the same as Ruby, sapphire and Emerald.
