Minecraft Launcher by Digiex.net

Try redownloading the launcher? On my end, mclauncher.exe doesn't even stay open as a separate process, it goes to javaw.exe immediately. I'm running W7 Home Premium 64bit as well.

 

Digiex launcher suddenly not working

My kids have two separate installations on two different PCs, signing in with two different Minecraft user accounts, that have been working for months. Starting this morning, we're seeing the same behavior on both: enter user and password, it briefly flashes "checking MCBans" and then goes right back to the initial screen. Any troubleshooting tips?

 

(I am a Mac user) I had the same problem so I moved all the digiex files to trash with the intention of going to the website and re-downloading. However, when I clicked on the downloading link it said: Internal Server Error
Ahh! I decided to go back and bring all my files back from the trash and I did but the mcvlauncher had dissapeared! What do I do????

Hello my ign is AwashOrphan4060 and my launcher gets held up at mcbans part but i have checked and havent been banned. Is there a reason this happens???

Hello I need help I have Mac OSX Lion and i am unable to download any of the updates when i try it says error it used to be i couldn't download the latest public release so what do i do. I really need help

i have version 2.0-b64 and i cant download any jar files other than the latest public release but for some of my mods to work i need the 1.2.4 jar file and every time i try to download it or any other one it comes up error. Can you help me. I have tried running it as administrator and am using windows

 

Hello! I have a problem where you can't download any Beta or Alpha jars. Please fix this~I want to play the old Beta and try Alpha!

Hi there, there's an error when starting a download. It just says ERROR and it wont start in .NET and I think the servers are down.

 

I'm using the 2.0-b66 JAR on Windows XP, which had been working fine. Yesterday I noticed a few things were no longer working as before:
[1] Options > JAR location on disk: clicking the path link doesn't open the folder (which is shown correctly and does exist); it just generates a series of errors in the console window, starting with "2012-04-07 05:43:15 [SEVERE] java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in path at index 19: file://C:/Documents and
Settings/jrivett/Application Data/.minecraft/bin"
[2] Options > JAR downloader: the downloader dialog is created, but underneath the main loader screen.
[3] Any attempt to download a JAR with the downloader results in Status="Error" and a file of size 0 in the JAR folder.
Perhaps a recent Java update has messed things up?

 

Jar downloads are fixed, thanks for the reports.

[1] Known problem if the path contains a space. I do not know when I'm updating the Jar version as most users use the .NET version.
[2] Happens only on Windows, not sure why it happens.
[3] Server side problem (download locations changed). Fixed now.

 

if i have 1.2.3 mods in my mods folder ind i switch to 1.2.5 will it case a crash also it should be .minecraft file not jar jest saying

 

Hello, I love this program. I have my own indev jar for indev 0.31 and I tried launching it, It does t he Eroding...Soiling..Planting... thing and stops somewhere around PostProcessing... then It gives me a java.lang.NullPointerException and freezes up. Is there any way you can fix this? I can send you the 0.31 jar to add to the list and fix this problem. I may also be able to get any other versions you're missing on request.

EDIT: I just tried 0.0.13a_03 too and My Display Driver Crashes, on another computer (32 bit) I get org.lwjgl.LWJGL.Exception: Pixel format not accelerated; (probally a problem with the computer's age.)

 

I have said this many times in this thread, but adding indev jar is not possible as it connects to minecraft.net to check if you can play indev. Removing that check is possible, but we don't distribute modified jars.

 

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm sorry I didn't read the entire thread but I did manage to find an indev jar that worked correctly and the 0.0.13a_03 jar worked fine on my other computer. I do not think the working indev jar was modified tho. Out of curiosity, why don't you distribute the 0.0.1x jars? In my opinion they are the most interesting of all.

Hey im having i got .NET launcher issue where any modded .jar using either the old method or the launcher itself will NOT launch. This worked until i got the aether mod for 1.7.3. Please Help!!!!

 

I have something to announce: I am Open Sourcing the .NET version of the launcher and a new version of the Java launcher. They will be available on GitHub soon.
