wLaunchELF is the PS2's homebrew file manager and launcher, the continuation of uLaunchELF: from one screen you browse the memory cards, USB drives, the hard drive and network shares, copy and delete files between them, and start any ELF program. This is the project's latest development build, from 6 October 2026.

How to use:
- Copy BOOT.ELF to a USB drive or a memory card, and start it from your boot method (Free McBoot, or PS2BBL).
- Use the file manager to browse the PS2: the menu has the memory cards, USB, the HDD and the network.
