could you try to space your word please, you will have to connect to xbox live to recive the latest update which should be in a couple of hours thats if you are not already on build 14699 as that is expected to be the final as it was released last thursday
 
The dashboard usually launches at 5AM here and it's 9PM right now. So should be in about 7 hours.

guys i found a update for 2.0.14699.0 on a site and they had 2 links one said beta and the other full i just wanted to ask if i download the full one and install it is it the final one with live acess and if its not will i lose my chance to get the update through live

To be honest, I don't think the 'full' is real at all.

2.0.14699.0 should be the final dashboard, the Beta one will be exactly the same to the ones you recieve. There should be no download links to 2 seperate dashboards, they are both the same, end of. If the update isn't officially pushed out you won't have Xbox Live Access. It's nothing to do with the update why you have no LIVE access, it's the servers, they won't give you access to live because you have no permissions. Once the update is released, you have permissions so updating to the 'final' won't give you live access untill it's officially released.

Well I can't try the update since I already have it applied. Looks real to me, I don't recommend to install it though.

I've no idea, you tell us P: Since many of us have access to the Preview Program, we won't know when the update goes live. It normally happens 12 hours from now (Midnight UK time) It could be earlier since it's being pushed out to everyone.
