It’s possible to make Windows 7 log-on a user account automatically when Windows is started, for example If you have a Media PC hooked up to your TV with no mouse and keyboard connected its handy to have that PC log-on automatically when powered on, this guide will show you how to do just that. You could do this on any PC although it’s not recommended if you have personal documents stored on the particular user account as it would allow anyone access to them.
First Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to launch the run dialog box.
Type in control userpasswords2
Press enter, the user accounts window will display.
Now Uncheck the option which says “Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer” and click ok.
You will then be prompted to enter the username and password for the account you want to auto log-on
After doing so the user account you selected will log-on automatically when the computer is started.
Thats all!
