[Custom] Distribution ROMs for every Generation IV event! (+ unused content)

Apparently that is the issue, thank you. Any idea why these ROMs don't work on the latest version, but legit ones do?

Some legit ones don't work either in the newest melonDS version. Toys R Us Arceus for example.

It's the emulator's issue, they changed some stuff inside the Wifi.cpp file in order to make some other stuff work probably (like the Pokemon Ranger connection) but for some reason that broke the Mystery Gift Event connectivity for some roms.

Use the 0.9.5 melonDS version for the Event Distribution roms and the newest version for everything else and you should be fine.
 
Correction to my previous post:
Use the 0.9.5 melonDS version for EVERYTHING except for Pokemon Ranger Manaphy Egg transfer!!

I noticed that, besides Event Distribution roms, more things do not work properly in the newest version, including the Relocator transfer and possibly more Wireless-relative functions.
