Happy holidays y’all!

The end. The final end.

After a (very) long 8 months, I have finally finished creating Distribution ROMs for EVERY single Generation V Event Pokémon.
Every language, every variation, each with their own dedicated Distribution ROM!

About the ROMs:

These ROMs have been personally created by me by editing official Distribution ROMs.

Every variation of event Pokémon from all 7 languages have their own Distribution ROM (including those we already have official Distribution ROMs for).

These Distribution ROMs can be used with every language Generation V game, and the date restrictions have all been removed.

They are also infinitely repeatable, so you can get as many Event Pokémon as you could ever want.

The download includes ~1500 files and once unzipped about 12GB of data, so make sure you have space etc.

There's a README included in the download and it's important that you read it first.

There shouldn’t be any problems with any of these ROMs, but if there are let me know :) .

(All the previous ROMs I’ve uploaded are obsolete and out of date so I suggest replacing them with these new ones).

To use these you'll need:

- A DS/3DS with a Generation 5 Pokémon game (see which specific one you'll need for each distribution)
- A second DS/3DS and a way of playing the Distribution ROMs (flashcart, modded DS etc.)

And to distribute these press A on the console with the distribution ROM, and select the WIRELESS option of MYSTERY GIFT in your Generation V game.

Have fun, Pokémon Trainers!

Amazing work, PurpleOrange - now that Nintendo/TPC informed us that they will soon close the bridge between the earlier generations to nowadays game, it's a good oportunity to back it all on Pokemon Home. Thanks!

This is very impressive.
I'm running into a problem when trying to download the file, my computer crashes and i have to restart it, is there a fix to that ?

Sorry for the double post, but i can't edit the above post.

I tried downloading the zip file again and my computer still crashes (or is it the browser that is crashing). After checking the downloads folder, to my surprise, the zip file seems to have been downloaded.
So i decided the unzip it, and i'm having another problem : i can't unzip any of the files the campains 1, 2 and 3 of the super strong pokemon present folder of the japanese folder.

Would somebody know if there is something that can fix that problem ? Thanks in advance.

Try installing a different web browser and downloading the file with that? it sounds like your download is corrupted. You need to also use 7zip to extract .7z files.

Many thanks Insane Nutter, you are a great help.

Firefiox is the only browser that wouldn't crash when downloading (tried chome, edge and safari before to no help) and i didn't know about 7zip ; i always used winrar up to this point.

Edit : now, i seem to have a new problem, when trying to distribute those same distributions that winrar couldn't open (the super strong pokemon present campains 1, 2 and 3) with my R4, it's now causing my DSs and 3DSs to freeze. Is there a way to fix this new problem ?

I'm not lucky with those, am i ?

I tried to takle those distributions again but like before, the japanese Super Strong Campains 1, 2, and 3 are the only ones still posing problem. Consoles are still crashing when i try to start them.

Is there a way to fix them ?

If I had to guess its possible those distributions are corrupt as the only ones you have issues with are the ones you had trouble extracting with WinRAR.

Update your WinRAR to version 7.0.1, I can confirm all the distributions extract perfectly fine with that. If you still have issues after that download the distributions again as you probably have a corrupt download.

I don't have real hardware to hand at the moment, however they do load on an emulator without issue:

I updated winrar to 7.0.1 and it extract perfectly, thank you InsaneNutter (I was on an old winrar 5.50) BUT those 3 japanese campains still don't seem to work on my R4. I tried re-dowloading the files, extract them with winrar and 7zip multiple times ; everything seems to work fine except those 3 campains don't want to cooperate.
Now, when i try to access them on my R4; either the console freeze or i'm "locked" inside the folder those distributions are in with no other option except to restart my console (DS, 3DS or New 2DS). When "locked" inside the folder, i noticed that those files don't have the pokéball logo next to them (evey other files have a logo next to them).

Hi, sorry for not replying before, I haven't had access to a pc for a while. I don't know if you're still having issues with this but I tested these myself using the download, both by extracting the entire download and just copying the Super Strong Campaign straight from the zip file and they work just fine for me, even on actual hardware via an r4 and a hacked 3ds, they all have the pokeball logo next to them too, so I have no idea what's wrong with them. All I can suggest is download the zip again, and copy those striaght from the zip instead of extracting, to see if that works.

Hi PurpleOrange, you don't need to apologize, you couldn't do anything about it.

i redownloaded the files but the roms inside the 3 campaigns inside the folder "[062]-[067], [072]-[092] Super Strong Pokémon Present" are still having the same issues.
Apart from that, everything works.

What do you mean copy straight form the zip ? (do you mean dragging the files onto an other folder or the deskstop ?)

EDIT : i tried to move everything from the folder "[062]-[067], [072]-[092] Super Strong Pokémon Present" into their respective "Default" and "Nickname" folders directily, and now everything seems to work perfectly. (I wanted to keep the file tree structure as is but don't know why i didn't think of trying to do that before)
It looks like there is some kind of issue with folder "[062]-[067], [072]-[092] Super Strong Pokémon Present" at least for me. (maybe something was wrong with the folder tree structure)
