Endgame is a softmod exploit for the original Xbox from the XboxDev community. It uses a pair of specially built save games to run unsigned code, giving a way to install a dashboard without a modchip.

This is the official 1.0 release (19 February 2024), unchanged: the ENDGAME folder with the payload and the trigger and helper saves.
How to install / use:
Not included: A game that works with the exploit. For an easier install look at the Xbox Softmodding Tool, also on Digiex, which includes Endgame.
