No I don't speak finnish, only English, Russian and Estonian.

I do think its quite bad when 3g connections beat a proper internet connection!

Usually get about 4Mb/s on my phone give or take.

Okay, so internet explorer is running much slower than usual on my laptop, but functions correctly on all other devices in the house.

dont use it,google chrome beta (faster) or firefox

call your isp if you want faster speed but its gonna cost you more
