@mystery72 Do you have a flash card for your DS? if so you just copy this on to the Sd card that goes in your flash card like anything else and load it up though the menu system.
If not then you will need to purchase one. The R4i Gold is a good flash card which doesn't cost a lot and is compatible with all the Pokemon Distributions.

Okay. im sorry to necro this thread. but i feel i can shed some light on this. i actually attended the event which this cartridge was used. surprisingly this wasn't a GAME event. during this time there was a pop up stand that was visiting local shopping centres around the uk with activities and a battling area. the one in particular i visited was the one at the metrocenter in gateshead england. as far as i remember the event itself was held before the wifi event of the liberty pass was distributed in the uk. other than that it was a pretty standard event. though looks like nobody really documented it.

I remember them being pretty hard to find, but I know several people who managed to track them down after time and patience, and even a bit of asking. They may not pop up on eBay often, and now with NintendoAge gone, it'll be hard to locate someone who may find you if you put a request out there. If I recall correctly, they would sell for approximately $900, but I can't confirm that as this is based on my memory of years back. @YoshiMoshi could probably confirm.
Yeah I had a feeling it would be pricey but in my eyes it's the coolest event cartridge and it's totally worth it to own one! I'm just hoping one pops up sometime this year so I can complete my own personal Distribution cartridge collection!

Hey, my R4i 3DS+ got lost along with the distributions that was on it. I don't see anywhere else to buy another one. I'm planning to redownload the distributions what I lost. Since I cannot find the same R4 I had, what next best R4 is highly recommended?

The easiest to find R4 today is the R4 Gold Pro (I own one of these and it works). You can find it also on Amazon.
But imho (if you don't want to play specifically with NDS or NDS lite) the R4 is now outdated. If you own a modded 3DS or DSi the best solution is to use TWiLight Menu++, it works like a charm with every distribution rom and you can store your game roms directly on the internal SD card.

Hi there, completely new to this, just wondering if any DPP roms have been dumped? It seems like there were a few events but little to no ROMs for EU have been shared?

Roms aren't 'shared'. They leak or don't leak and if they leak it depends on who has the carts and if is willing to share.
What is in digiex is what was made available to the public. As far as we know, no other roms have leaked.

Does the liberty pass have a us distribution on here? I can’t seem to find it if it exists. Only uk and Japan. I love victini so I want it for my copy of black 2. And I don’t want to do the dns glitch for it
We don't have a US specific distribution, however you can use the EU version of the distribution with a US game.
The English US / EU versions of Gen 4 / 5 games are the same.

Remember that the Liberty Pass exists only in BW, not in B2W2, so you can't redeem this event in B2.
