Yesterday I realised that I broke the 10,000 mark for gamerscore, its only took me 2 years and 9 months to do so ;) Ever since getting my 360 that’s always been my personal target to get some day.
Why you might ask? I’m not sure really I always thought 10,000 would be a nice score to get to.

Did anyone else ever set them self’s a target to get to?

Mine is 1000 as I don’t have a 360 at the moment, however I do play a bit at my friends.

1000 would be a good score for a beginner I think.

Don't really have one. I just play and earn them as I go. Though my brother he's got alot. Would rank 1st place here. My target though will be about 20000. By the time I get there though there will be a new xbox, lol.

None, the only game I want to get points on is Halo 3 which I am in the process of 1000-pointing.

I don't really have a goal for my gamerscore, I play the games and get the achievements as long as they don't require an 'offgame playing style' like constantly killing people with just one weapon in Gears of War.

I think you're just supposed to play the game normally and gradually build up to reaching achievements like that. My next target would be for the 15,000 points marker but I don't have any new games at the moment so it could take a while.

ye, i dont play to get gamerscore, hell sometimes i hardly play the games i buy, so i dont set a target. I think if ur setting gs targets u have a little too mu time hehe.
