Cemu is the way to play Wii U games on a PC. It's free and open source, runs games at high resolutions and frame rates with controller and GamePad support and shader caching, and this is the Windows 64-bit build.

Tip: the games must be dumps from your own Wii U, and getting them off the console takes homebrew such as Aroma. Once you're running, Options > Graphic packs > Download latest community graphic packs adds resolution and frame rate options for many games.

- Extract the zip so the Cemu_2.6 folder sits somewhere you can write to, such as Documents or a games drive, and not in Program Files.
- Run Cemu.exe inside it and follow the first-start setup. You need a graphics card with Vulkan or OpenGL 4.5 support.
- Add your game folder under Options > General settings, then double-click a game to start it.
