if you have issues with the drive undo it then rename the undo.bin file to undo.old.bin and reflash the drive

Well, success, sorta...I did get the drive to be recognized by my Xbox after flashing it in my laptop. However, I then made the mistake of trying to restore Partition 2 (the Hoffman one), which resulted in Xplorer360 getting stuck (green bar progressed about halfway and reset continuously). Now, of course, its not recognized by my Xbox. So, Im going to give up on the whole backwards compatibility thing (theres only one game I have on disc that I might want to play, and I still have a Xbox 1)...hopefully one more trip through dismantling my laptop will do the trick.
So I have a question I have a Hitachi 250g HDD from 8/08 almost the same model as the HDD the HDDHACKR is spoofing mines model HTS542525k9a300 any way I can make this drive work for the 360 I know HDDhackr can't flash the drive but it will do the partitions on the drive and explorer360 see's the drive and I can copy infor to and even restore the old 20g to it but no matter what ive tried the 360 just wont read it any way to flash it to the same model# or even how to HEX edit it
So by having a 7200rpm hdd, would i load that much faster![]()
I got a WD Cavier Blue 320GB ,
all i want to ask is that will the same process will be going to work on a WD Cavier Blue HDD ?
Also, there is no official 250gb hard drive for the phat xbox 360.
But as long as there is a 250gb hard drive on the market, it shouldn't be a problem?
