I already made 3 different accounts and still get the error. (also different keys)

Ahh! someone help, when i enter the verification code on fileplanet after i click "get key and download" button it just sends me back to where to sign up to get a key! i use firefox, should i use IE7? or whats the problem? I still cannot get it to work, can someone register 2 times and pm me the key? please? im dying to get this! thanks in advance

okay, 4 the people who have cd errors: open regedit, by local machine-->software-->ea games-->red alert 3 beta, delete everything in this map

and go to current user, and follow the same steps. now it should work.
btw, the menu hack doenst work anymore with patch 1.3, the game starts up with an security fault. can anoyne fix this??

Ok I tried everything now lol, reinstalled the game, cleaned directory, different keys, different gamespy accounts, etc etc and still get this error: "That specified code has been used by another account" if i try to login.

yep, I deleted everything, OMG reinstall again? 2 times reinstall LOL!

That's really not fair to everyone who didn't see it in time. If it was for a limited time they really should've said that. They made it sound like it was permanently open/free. This pisses me off.

cd error FIX

This is caused by the SecureROM anti-piracy protection used by EA. SecureROM have provided a solution to this error, and I have seen it work in three separate cases:
Open the registry editor

(Start->Run- >regedit)
Navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices\.
Delete all REG_BINARY entries of this key (all blue ones in the left column).

Reboot the machine (It may work immediately but the registry only reloads on boot) and then the game should work again.
NOTE: Make a registry back up before you try this in case it doesn't work and always be careful when editing the registry. This fix will reset your drive letters (C: D: E: etc) to the default allocations - this won't affect you unless you have changed your drive letters.
