Big thanks for the guide - used it to upgrade my 4gb to a 320gb. I ended up using a "WD Blue Notebook" with a model # of WDBABC3200ANC - when you open the box, the drive actually was a WD3200BPVT. The biggest problem I had was finding the right chipset to flash the drive. I started out with the desktop (Asus P5K Pro)- hddhackr would would always see the drive but it came up with the "Reading HDD Sector 16 failed!" error . I tried adjusting the bios (after putting it in ide mode) to disable smart, disable multi transfer, disable lba - pretty much everything - even tried disconnecting all drives, tried all sata ports, no love - finally I hooked the drive up to a dell laptop and it worked first try.. go figure. Popped it in the 360 formatted the drive and was good to go!
