Yes it looks like you can do.
Okay, thank you ~~
Yes it looks like you can do.
You can just install the original 6.60 firmware if you dont want custom firmware. However i honestly cant see why you would go back, you gain nothing by doing so. As for backing up, all your data is on the memory stick so you can just take a copy and keep it on the PC.
The latest version is linked to in the first post. I don't really have any links or resources for the PSP, my PSP gets very little use these days.
I am planning to find the most up to date versions of all the most popular emulators and apps to post here when i get chance.
Cool! Thanks man!Yes i could still go on the PSN the last time i used my PSP, of course with hacking anything theirs always a risk Sony could ban you or block you from connecting at some point in the future.
Hello,
I've just bought new PSP Street E1004 v6.60 and found your guide. It's great! But I want to make permanent install of custom firmware. My motherboard model is TA-096 (screen). Can I do this?

Nope unfortunately, you will have to use the fast recovery each time you power the PSP off.
