Pokemon GEN3 Legit Event Pokemon Save [Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed & LeafGreen]

In regards to the legitimacy of Pokemon, it would be very easy for us to simply re-create all the event Pokemon we dont have, however that's not at all what this save is about. Most of the Pokemon in this save have not come form saves on GameFAQ's, however people's private saves. Some have come from GameFAQ's for example the Toys R US Pokémon Trade and Battle Day Pokemon. everything of these Pokemon down to the IV's match the information about the events down there. Any saves that have been blatantly hacked on GameFaq's have been ignored.

Myself and HaxAras both share the same view that we're only interested in legit Pokemon, which is why we have spent many hours checking the Pokemon in this save. Other's are of course welcome to help out and contribute where possible, the more people working together towards the same goal the better.

I actually checked GameFAQ's for interesting stuff because I remembered a Pokemon Box: Ruby and Sapphire save I downloaded that had a Deoxys and some Berry Fix Zigzagoon. I still have to find it again though. The only reason I kept searching was because the first save I looked at had all those Jeremy Pokemon and the Rocks Metang. I spent hours and hours across 2 days booting up VBA because it would crash constantly. Most times I didn't even get to boot the game up.

Most of the Pokemon were hacked so I could blow right through those. There were a lot of Southern Island Latios and Latias but I'm working on actual saves where people can edit the trainer name or just leave it as HaxAras to go catch their own. I'll also be able to scan in Eon Tickets to peoples actual R/S saves. (In the future what we could try to do is get Latios/Latias from different languages for the GameEvent Box.)

I've not only put a lot of time into this, but a decent amount of money to. I spent 20$ on a 3DS R4, 20$ on a new memory card for it and 50$ on a GameCube Action Replay that let's me input codes and whatever I originally paid for the GCN AR memory card. Now, I'm not trying to make a contest out of who spent the most time or money or brag or anything. What I'm trying to say is basically. This is a labor of love. I'm putting time, effort and money into this project for legit Pokemon because it's important to me.

I'll edit in later, the hour long video of me messing with the Action Replay, Colosseum and the Bonus disk (As well as Emerald) to get the Colos Pikachu and Agate Celebi. Labor of love man, hahahahahahha that was a real headache to deal with.

Man, that was the biggest annoyance in the world to deal with.

Currently I've purchased a complete French collection as well as a Spanish Ruby and Emerald so I'll be able to get the Southern Island Pokemon from those languages for sure.

My condolences if you watched any/all of it. That was a major headache to deal with. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I think I looked at the web page that shows the bonus disk info I was using and realized I selected the wrong option to get Pikachu. I might make a video in the future showing how to get it, only made far better.

You have the untouched Impish 10 ANIV Celebi I uploaded to GameFAQs 10 years ago, but I do have two more untouched Celebi from that event that I never got around to uploading (yet cloned the crap out of using Emerald's method), so here they are (along with the Impish one, a Level 19 WISHMKR Jirachi and the Eon Ticket scanned in).

Note that I didn't get a chance to get any of the other 10 ANIV events. For some reason the line for those was longer than the line for Celebi, go figure.

EDIT: Last year I got a used Japanese copy of Emerald off eBay and the save had a couple of interesting Event Pokemon, namely two Negaiboshi Jirachi (neither is untouched, one is Level 55 with a Naughty Nature while the other is Level 100 with a Relaxed Nature). If you want those as well, let me know.

Thanks for the contribution! I'm definitely interested in getting my hands on those Jirachi. Leveled up Jirachi is far better than non-existant Jirachi.

Have the entire save! Japanese Emerald Save From Used Cart There's some interesting stuff on it besides those Jirachi, like a Birth Island Deoxys from FireRed and a bunch of legendaries.

EDIT: Later that year I also got a Japanese Sapphire. Sadly, the only nice thing about that save was the original owner beat the Elite Four. Only Pokemon left were a Marshtomp and a Skarmory. So I just use it to get Ageto Celebi since I also got a Japanese copy of Colosseum that came with the Bonus Disc.

While looking through some of my old saves, I found 11 Berry Glitch Fix Zigzagoons from 12 or so years ago (one of them's still holding the Liechi Berry). I got Interactive Multi-Game Demo Disc Version 14 back in 2004 (for aforementioned because screw Mirage Island) so they're legit. Gimme a bit and I'll load them onto a save and upload it.

Tropius with the ID number 171's OT was messed up by the tool I used to extract the Pokemon from the Pokemon Box save. (That's what I get, I guess.) If there are any more problems, let me know and I'll just use actual hardware to put them on an Emerald save and transfer them to this one.

I'm pleased to announce we have a nice update to this save game thanks to a fantastic contribution from HaxAras!

HaxAras was kind enough to send me his Pokemon Box save game, however due to his copy of the game been NTSC and mine been PAL I had a lot of trouble using his save game with a PAL copy of the game, even after changing the region of the save to PAL. My PAL Pokemon Box would read the save game, however when saving would corrupt both the Pokemon Box and GBA save of the connected game......

I'm currently updating your Pokemon Box save with all the event Pokemon from the original save, HaxAras. I will message you a link to this once finished.

Hi, I think what you guys are doing/ have accomplished here is fantastic. It is really great to see the community coming together here to contribute to the save. I am working on my own project (10 years in the making) to obtain all 386 national dex pokemon from Gen 3.

I am close to completion I only need to add a Deoxys and a Mew and then I can finally claim the national dex gen 3 as complete. I am listing my steps below of what I did to use this save with Gen 3 games to help anyone else who may want to extract other event pokemon (not Deoxys or Mew) from this save.

I attempted to use the Fire red save you have provided using PokeCrafter v1.04 to extract the .pkmn and imported them into my existing Colosseum/XD Gale of Darkness save via PkmnGCSaveEditor. Then I resaved my save as a .GCI file and used Dolphins memory card manager and packaged it into a .RAW file.

I put the .RAW file on my old wii(with GC hardware) (running nintendont). In the end I couldn't trade the Deoxys or Mew but I am certain other pokemon can be traded. It seems there are restriction on Mew and Deoxys preventing trade.

So I am curious how have you transferred the mew/Deoxys between your games? Seeing as you have made this save public(in fire red form). Is it possible to receive HaxARASs pokemon box save? I completely understand if I am not allowed, as that save would be personal. Its just that I can only interact with Mew and Deoxys using pokemon box (at least in theory). I only put this message here as I would be replying directly to the message in which Pokemon box was mentioned.

Another note: I got a Third party GC-GBA link cable. I was worried that it wouldn't work with Nintendont but thankfully did.

10 years for a living dex? That's rough. It only takes me a few weeks or months. Depending how much I play.

I'm not typing it all out again. Go to my profile and search the threads I made. There's one showing all the different ways I know how to back games up. Also, "A save editor" can export Pokemon as .pkm files and then use the Colos/XD editor to import them.

Regarding the Living dex I got the game in 2006, finished the hoenn dex in ~ 2008. Picked it up from time to time but left the pokedex count at 288 in 2010/11. Three weeks ago I got a copy of XD and Gale of darkness I played those Two games a lot. The Three intensive weeks have got me up to 384....

Regarding your thread I think I've read the correct one about the Advanced Game port and the Regi dolls I will keep it as a last resort.

Whoever told you that Mew and Deoxys can't be traded is a moron and has no idea what they're talking about. Get an R4 for 20$, a new micro SD card and a GBA backup tool. Then just restore the Fire Red save to a copy of Fire Red and move them over to Box/Ruby.

With Dolphin 5.0 and VBA-M 2.0 beta2, the GBA link feature works, so I was able to use Pokemon Box to combine the two FireRed saves back into one save.
