Using an Xbox Live profile on a Jtagged / RGH hacked Xbox 360 and staying safe

I use fsd just to transfer the games by ftp, but when I go to the original, dash it gets a different menu with the Xbox-button? Those it harms the original, dashboard? Is it risky? can I stop fsd from doing that?
And if I use the original dashboard (17150) in de rgh console does it modify my live profile? I did it once.

You can play games from any region fine, you could do this by simply purchasing a console from a different region, so its a totally legitimate use.

As for the stuff FSD add's to the Xbx Button menu, simply turn the console off after you are done with FSD and that will go away.

You can use the profile fine in non rgh mode, that's essentially a normal Xbox 360.

i never use emulator,trainer,mods just use fsd,xex menu ,dshlaunch and xbla unlocker software (whatever called) .

i aware that .gpd files just delting this files enough for me?

The simple answer is dont use any homebrew apps (this includes stuff like FSD) when the profile is signed in. If you have already done this I dont know if there is any way to 100% clean the profile.
 
maybe delete fsd's gpd will enough for me?

the profile i think only have homebrew gpds in it when you use profile fsd,dashlaunch,xbla unlocker and xex menu.
 
It probably will be enough, however I cant be 100% sure, so i would only use it on Xbox Live at your own risk.
 
I have been using FSD to load games with my profile being logged off and then logging in after the game starts. It just happened that I made a test to see if the account changed and it did even though I always signed in after the game started. In others words I guess I'm screwed because I've been doing this for a couple months now
 
First thanks for the great post, I can say this is the most useful post I read on this topic, as all the internet says it is not safe and you will get banned if you tried to login to XBL from your jTagged Xbox, I was wondering if you can add a quick post about the safe points for anyone who have a jtagged to login to XBL, i.e to disconnect the harddisk and use only USB to download demos from XBL, to remove all profiles and create an empty one to not have any game achievement etc...
 
Hey everyone. Thanks for this great guide, it really helped me when syncing achievements. I know this post is kind of old now, but I was wondering if you use any visual modifications if it would add any info to the profile. I was thinking of doing something like custom xnotfiy to give achievement popping and such a little more enthusiasm. I'm incredibly paranoid and don't want to lose my 60,000 GS and get my profile banned lol. Can anyone guide me? Thanks. :)
 
If their modifications to the system dashboard, probably not as it shouldn't been seen your playing any sort of homebrew app / game.

Honestly though with so much gamer score it's not worth the risk for some cosmetic dashboard enchantments in my opinion.
