Xbox 360 Jtag or RGH Hack Easy Update to Dashboard 17502 with XeBuild GUI

Hey nutter!
I wanna ask you something
I have a jtag and i wanna update it.
I followed your step.
I downloaded nand flasher 360
But problem is how i see it in xex menu?
I just simply copied the nand flasher 360 to usb and connect it to console but it seems empty.
I open up the xex menu to xplore but nothing has found.
What i do?
how i open nand flasher 360 in xbox via usb using xex menu.
I also tried horizon and usbxtaf to inject the the folder.
I know i am doing something wrong but i don't know what.
Plz tell me

Is the USB drive FAT32 formatted? You need to use the left / right buttons on the controller to navigate to the USB drive in XEX Menu.

Dear Nutter,
I just purchased a rgh Xbox slim - actually he says it's a jtag but when I check DashLaunch V3.15, it says the Board: Trinity; Flash: Trinity; Type: Glitch 2; Kernel: 2.0.16747.0 - so I'm just gonna assume it's a rgh mod, am I right? I want to use Kinect but it says I have to update my Xbox to use it. Can I just follow your guide and update to the latest Dashboard or do I have to update it to 16756 and then 16767 and so on? Sorry for the noob question, it's my first console. Another thing... after I update my dashboard to the latest version, can I just switch on my Kinect and start tuning? Sorry! I'm a huge noob! I just want to be able to use Kinect.

I wanna update my console and i m confused weather i have jtag or rgh!!
When i was done copying nand with nand flasher 360,i saw the left bottom of screen where the name of console shows.I saw there written unknown.
Then i go to xebuild and open orig.bin but here i saw the marked circles on falcon and freeboot(rgh 2x).
Then i open the console with eject button and i saw here written xenon!!
What i do now!
Is my console jtag or rgh?
If rgh, how i get original nand dump?
Also one more thing i wanna tell
When i dump nand using nand flasher 360, and connect usb to pc,i saw media player icon with orig.bin.
What does it mean?

Yes you have to have the avatar / kinect data installed which matches the version of your dashboard.

If you dumped your nand following my tutorial and followed the instructions to use XeBuild GUI and it said you had a Flacon on RGH 2.0 that will be what you have.

Yes, use the nand you dumped as the source nand in XeBuild GUI, just be sure to follow the "RGH Xbox 360 Nand Flashing" part of the tutorial.

Hey man!!
Another problem arised
After genrating hacked image the error occured
It says "there was one more fatal errors: 1 error during build proccess"
What i should do now
I have RGH!!

What are the errors? you should be able to see the log in the "output" tab in the top right of XeBuild GUI.

Re download xeBuild GUI 2.096, the error is saying you have some files missing from xeBuild.

Also if your running it from a USB drive, load XeBuild from somewhere on your C:\ drive.

I just finished my update!
I am very thankfull to you because without you i cant do that!
Now i wanna go online with my rgh using xblse.
Can you help me step by step on how to download and setup xblse files and plugins free?
Plz i really need help.
Post a thread about it.

You have to pay for services like xblse, which is something like $20 a day or $100 a week which. I think that's kind of pointless as you will soon end up spending more than it costs to buy 12 months of Xbox Live gold and an a second Xbox 360 that could be used to play on Xbox Live as much as you want.

Xblse is now free for lifetime.
And i downloaded it from xblse official site.
But i dont know how to set it.

Ah if its now free i never knew about that, it's not something I have ever used so cant really help you with that. Good luck though!

I need your help once again
Its not my problem,it's my friend's.
He downloaded nand flasher 360 and open it and when he tried to dump,error occured.
Two bad blocks found
And no nand found.
What we do?

Don't worry some bad blocks are normal.

Let the Nand finish dumping, then build the new nand with XeBuild GUI as before. XeBuild should re-map the bad blocks automatically so you dont need to worry about that.

Then simply flash the nand with Xell (powering the console on with the eject button and having the new nand on a usb drive).
